Clients are kindly advised to inspect their items upon receipt.
1.1 Return & Exchange Conditions
Due to the high value, rarity, and exclusive nature of fine jewelry, diamonds, and precious metal pieces, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless a verified quality issue is confirmed by Mon Chouchou.
After-sales requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
The received item significantly differs from the confirmed order
The product contains obvious manufacturing defects
Severe damage occurred during transportation prior to delivery
To qualify for return or exchange consideration, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
Unworn and unused
Free from any human-caused damage or alteration
In a condition suitable for resale
Returned with complete packaging, certificates, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase
Mon Chouchou reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the product shows signs of wear, size alterations, dents, scratches, cleaning, modifications, or impacts by other human-caused factors.
1.2 Non Transferable Ownership
After-sales services, return considerations, and warranty-related support apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Mon Chouchou.
1.3 Jewelry Care & Repair
Repair, resizing, polishing, and maintenance services may be available for selected jewelry products and may incur additional charges depending on the condition of the item.
2. Customized & Special-Order Products
All customized, resized, engraved, special-size, special-color, exclusive-design, and pre-ordered items are considered bespoke products.
Once production has been confirmed:
Order cancellation is not accepted
Returns are not accepted
Refunds are not accepted
3. Natural Diamond & Gemstone Disclaimer
Natural diamonds, gemstones, and crystals may contain natural textures, inclusions, color variations, or minor growth characteristics. These are natural features formed by nature and are not considered quality defects.
Minor color differences, brilliance variations, texture differences, and dimensional tolerances within internationally accepted craftsmanship standards shall not constitute grounds for return or exchange.
4. Cosmetics & Skincare Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, and personal-contact products are not eligible for return or exchange under the following circumstances:
After opening or unsealing
After use
If the outer packaging or protective seal has been damaged
Clients are advised to review ingredient information carefully prior to use. Mon Chouchou shall not be responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by individual skin conditions.
6. Product Images & Actual Items
Product images are for reference purposes only.
Due to lighting conditions, display devices, screen settings, and handcrafted production details, slight differences between images and actual products may occur and shall be considered normal.
7. After-Sales Time Limit
Clients are encouraged to inspect all items immediately upon receipt and contact customer service by providing a complete unboxing video and relevant photographs as supporting evidence within24 heuresif any issue is identified.
Requests submitted after this period may be subject to limited review or may not be accepted depending on the nature of the issue.
8. Refund Policy
If a refund is approved after verification, it will be processed through the original payment method.
The following fees are non-refundable:
• Shipping/Delivery fees • Transaction or handling fees • Customization fees • Any service fees already incurred
9. Third-Party Appraisal Disclaimer
Assessment or appraisal results issued by third-party institutions not officially recognized by Mon Chouchou shall not serve as grounds for return, exchange, or dispute claims.
10. Final Interpretation Rights
Mon Chouchou reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return, exchange, and after-sales matters in accordance with this policy.
